These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jili44 platform, including all gaming services, promotions, financial transactions, and support interactions. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using Jili44, you confirm your agreement to these terms in full.

Section 1
Welcome to Jili44 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is operated by Jili44 and is accessible at https://jili44.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and Jili44 governing your use of all products, services, content, and features available through the Platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jili44 Platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer offerings, promotional features, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Jili44 Platform. Continued use of any feature of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform, including players based in Malaysia — across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and all other regions — as well as any other eligible user jurisdiction.

To create and maintain an Account on the Jili44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Jili44 enforces strict minimum age controls. Any Account found to have been registered by or operated for a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or mental incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You must be registering and using the Account entirely on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party. All funds deposited must belong to you personally and must originate from legitimate sources.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Jili44 Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Jili44 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Jili44 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations.
Section 4
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
Jili44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport; a proof of residential address dated within three (3) months such as a utility bill from Tenaga Nasional Bhd or a bank statement from a recognised Malaysian bank (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong); and a selfie photograph holding the presented identification document.
KYC Reminder: Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted. We strongly recommend completing verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when processing your first cashout.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Jili44 will never contact you via unsolicited means to request your password. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.
Section 5
Jili44 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency channels including USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20) and BTC.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person, or via a payment account that does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture pending investigation.
Jili44 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time, including bank or e-wallet transaction confirmations. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate and authorised source may be suspended pending review.
Section 6
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders in good standing at any time through the Account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Jili44 Account.
All withdrawal requests are subject to verification of the following conditions: (a) the Account has completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Account's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries, security flags, or disputed transactions.
Withdrawal Holds: Jili44 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request where it is reasonably suspected that the request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Users will be notified of any hold and provided with the opportunity to supply supporting documentation.
Section 7
Jili44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that bonus.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Example: a RM200 bonus with a ×15 wagering requirement requires RM3,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is RM250, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Sports betting wagers may have varying contribution rates. Full contribution tables are available in the relevant promotion's detailed terms.
Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the specified validity period — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from activation — will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
Jili44 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting, creation of Accounts for the sole purpose of claiming promotions, collusion between players, use of automated tools, and hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
Section 8
All casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and other gaming products available on the Jili44 Platform are subject to specific game rules available within each product interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Jili44 operates a range of gaming products including video slots, Megaways mechanics, cluster pays slots, live Baccarat, live Blackjack, live Roulette, live Sic Bo, pre-match sports betting, in-play sports betting covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets, as well as fishing games, arcade titles, crash games, lottery draws, and keno.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that materially affects the outcome or integrity of a game or wager, Jili44 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Any winnings arising from a demonstrably erroneous payout — including but not limited to a software bug or misconfigured odds — may be voided and reclaimed from the Account balance.
Sports Betting Settlement: All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body or data provider. Where a result is disputed or under investigation by the relevant sporting authority, Jili44 reserves the right to delay settlement pending a final official determination.
Section 9
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili44 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Jili44 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly available to users aged 21 years and above. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment with an understood and accepted cost — not as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulty, or coping with personal stress.
Jili44 provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible from the Account dashboard at no charge: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and a permanent self-exclusion option that takes effect immediately upon activation.

Section 11
All content on the Jili44 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software, and any associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Jili44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Jili44.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jili44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.
Jili44's total cumulative liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jili44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.4% uptime standard, brief periods of scheduled maintenance may affect availability.
Section 13
Jili44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered Account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available balance in accordance with Section 6.
Section 14
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Jili44 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, termination, or the consequences of their nullity — shall first be referred to Jili44's internal dispute resolution process.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through Jili44's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Disputes: To raise a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your Account, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 to 10 business days.
